Always friendly, family run guest house, situated in the centre of Lerwick. A few minutes walk to Commercial Street & Esplanade, restaurants, Viking Bus Station, Shetland Museum, Ma Reel Cinema and Theatre, Clickimin Leisure Centre & Health Suite and across from the Folk Festivals main hub, Islesburgh Community Centre. There is ample free parking in around us. There are two beautiful coastal walks nearby and we are always more to give suggestions on how to make the most of your visit to our unique islands. All rooms have TV, wi-fi, tea & coffee facilities and a hairdryer.

We provide a continental breakfast with Shetland baked goods (butteries & bannocks), fruit, toast, rolls, yogurt... and we didn't forget the bacon & scrambled eggs.
Broadband is available throughout both guest houses
We have two gardens with seating to the front of the guest houses.
We provide 'please clean room' door hangers so folk can decide when they want their rooms serviced
Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee or £5 per load.

Noss Boat Tour
100,000 seabirds & all sorts of other wildlife to see, a deep sea camera tour of a sunken vessel and many other highlights, Thule Charters do an excellent tour of Noss & Bressay.
Clickimin Broch, The Lodberries, Lerwicks old Commercial Street, the Up Helly Aa procession route, all within 10 minutes walk
The Shetland Museum is a absolute pleasure and only 10 minutes walk from our front door.
Ma Reel cinema and Theatre, Clickimin health centre & the folk festival main hub are all a quick walk away.
We're blessed with the most beautiful coastal walks and we're more than happy give you some local knowledge on the hidden gems.
